Supported Living Services

Supported Living Services at Ford Care Services, Inc. includes a range of support programs specially designed for the needs of those with developmental disabilities.

It is implemented through the Individual Program Plan (IPP) and covers the following:

• Acquiring safe and functional household furniture and furnishings
• Assistance in selecting and transferring into a home so the individual practices independence
• Assistance with daily living activities
• Education and guidance in managing personal and employment affairs
• Introducing the individual to community activities
• Selecting personal care attendants
